If you just don't like it or if you are dissatisfied with the order, contact info@vekten.net for a return.
If
anything is initially missing from the order, reach out for any
replacements, or if your pieces do go missing, you may purchase some
more from customer support.
Please provide your order number and a listed reason as to why you want to return it.
We will not provide a pre-paid label.
If
your return goes missing during transport, and you do not provide a
drop-off receipt/tracking number for verification, the return will be
nullified without any returning payment.
If over 7 days of policy, we will provide half payment if undamged and unopened.
If over 14-28 days of policy, we will accept exchanges or store credit.
Anything over 30 days of purchase will not be accepted as a valid return.
We have the right to refuse a return if boards receive any accidental damages past 7 days.
Please
understand that this is a single person business and not a corporation.
I will understand if you plead your case to customer support if you
have any reasons past outside policies. We can either meet in the middle for half refund or full refund depending on case by case situation.
